2. Professional Membership & Ethical Standards

• Accreditation & Professional Conduct: Just Imagine Therapy by Anna Yardley is a registered member of both the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and the National Hypnotherapy Society (NHS). Services are delivered in strict adherence to their Ethical Frameworks, ensuring high standards of professionalism, integrity, and client care.

• Code of Ethics: Therapy and hypnotherapy sessions are conducted in compliance with the NCPS and NHS's Code of Ethics, which include strict confidentiality rules, informed consent policies, and ethical boundaries.

• Commitment to Professional Development: Ongoing training and supervision are undertaken to ensure that services align with the latest best practices in counselling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy.

3. Client Responsibility & Expectations

• Clients must provide accurate and honest information relevant to their therapy, hypnotherapy, coaching, or astrology sessions.

• Clients acknowledge that outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on their own efforts and circumstances.

• Therapy and hypnotherapy do not replace medical or psychiatric care. If a practitioner determines that additional medical or specialist care is needed, clients will be referred accordingly.

5. Integrative Coaching Services

Just Imagine Therapy by Anna Yardley offers Integrative Coaching, which may include elements of coaching, hypnotherapy, therapeutic techniques, and astrology to support personal growth.

Nature of Coaching

• Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

• Coaching is focused on personal development, mindset shifts, and goal achievement.

• If therapy is required, clients will be advised to seek appropriate therapeutic support.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for their own actions, choices, and wellbeing during and after coaching sessions.

• Sessions require commitment, engagement, and personal effort from the client to see progress.

Professional Boundaries

• Coaching services are distinct from counselling or hypnotherapy, though therapeutic tools may be integrated where appropriate.

• Just Imagine Therapy by Anna Yardley operates within ethical guidelines and will refer clients to relevant professionals if necessary.

6. 1:1 Therapy, Coaching & Hypnotherapy Sessions

Client Responsibility

• To purchase a session, the buyer must be over 18 years old.

• Sessions require a safe and distraction-free environment for maximum benefit.

• Clients are expected to attend on time.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule without a charge. Please email info@justimaginetherapy.com.

• Late rescheduling requests (less than 48 hours) will be charged in 50%.

• No refunds for missed sessions.

Packages & Bundled Sessions

• Discounted bundles must be used within expiry period (from the purchase date): 6 weeks for 3 sessions bundle, 12 weeks for 6 sessions bundle.

• Refunds within 14 days of purchase if no session has been used. Administration fee of £20 will be deducted.

• Partial refunds are calculated based on full individual session rates (not the discounted rate).

7. Astrology and Human Design Readings

Client Responsibility

• To purchase a reading, the buyer must be over 18 years old.

• All readings are confidential.

• Clients must ensure that any birth information provided is accurate and their own. Birth details cannot be changed after the preparation for the reading has begun.

• Clients should check their JUNK EMAIL FOLDER for confirmation emails to avoid delays.

• A stable internet connection is required for online readings. Using a laptop or tablet is recommended for optimal screen-sharing visibility.

Payments & Scheduling

• After arranging the reading date, payment must be made within 48 hours to secure the slot. Unpaid slots will be offered to others.

• Cancellations are non-refundable.

• Clients may reschedule their session at no additional charge by providing at least 48 hours’ notice via email to info@justimaginetherapy.com.

• Late rescheduling requests (less than 48 hours) will be charged in 50%.

Disclaimer

• Astrology and Human Design readings are offered with the understanding that the client has free will and is responsible for their actions after receiving the reading.

• Just Imagine Therapy by Anna Yardley cannot be held responsible for any decisions made based on the reading.

8. Online Products (Meditations, Digital Downloads, Courses, etc.)

Client Responsibility

• Clients must ensure they have the necessary technology to access online products.

• To purchase this service, the buyer must be over 18 years old.

Refunds

• All sales are final for digital products.

• Disputes regarding dissatisfaction with content will not be eligible for refunds.

Copyright & Usage

• Products are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

• All materials are copyrighted and require written permission for reuse.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms of Service are governed by UK law.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England & Wales (or relevant UK jurisdiction).

10. Limitation of Liability

• Just Imagine Therapy by Anna Yardley is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from its services or products.

• Clients are solely responsible for their decisions and actions.

• Clients with concerns should first discuss them directly with the service provider.

• We are not liable for any failure or delay in service due to unforeseen circumstances , including: natural disasters, government regulations, cyberattacks, unexpected illness.
