Welcome to Cycles of Transformation, a brand operated by Just Imagine Therapy by Anna Yardley.

2. Professional Membership & Ethical Standards

Accreditation & Professional Conduct Just Imagine Therapy is a registered member of both the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and the National Hypnotherapy Society (NHS). Services are delivered in adherence to their Ethical Frameworks, ensuring high standards of professionalism, integrity, and client care.

Code of Ethics Therapy and hypnotherapy sessions are conducted in compliance with the NCPS and NHS Code of Ethics, which include confidentiality rules, informed consent policies, and ethical boundaries.

Commitment to Professional Development Ongoing training and supervision are undertaken to ensure services align with best practices in counselling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy.

3. Client Responsibility & Expectations

Clients must provide accurate and honest information relevant to their therapy, hypnotherapy, or astrology sessions.
Clients acknowledge that outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on their own efforts and circumstances.
Therapy and hypnotherapy do not replace medical or psychiatric care. If additional medical or specialist care is needed, clients will be referred accordingly.

5. Therapy & Hypnotherapy Sessions

Client Responsibility

You must be over 18 years old to book a session.
Sessions require a safe and distraction-free environment.
Clients are expected to attend on time.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule without charge.
Late rescheduling (less than 48 hours' notice) will be charged at 50%.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Packages & Bundled Sessions

Bundled sessions must be used within the agreed expiry period from the purchase date.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no session has been used. An administration fee of £20 will be deducted.
Partial refunds are calculated based on full individual session rates, not the discounted bundle rate.

6. Astrology Readings

Nature of Astrology Services

Astrology readings are offered as a tool for self-knowledge, reflection, and personal insight. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Astrology is not prediction—it is a framework for understanding patterns, cycles, and potential.

Client Responsibility

You must be over 18 years old to purchase a reading.
All readings are confidential.
Clients must provide accurate birth details (date, time, place). Birth details cannot be changed once preparation has begun.
Please check your junk/spam folder for confirmation emails.
A stable internet connection is required for online readings. A laptop or tablet is recommended for screen-sharing.

Payments & Scheduling

Before purchasing a reading, please contact me by email to arrange a suitable time.
Once we've agreed on a date, payment must be made within 48 hours to secure your slot. Unpaid slots will be released.
Cancellations are non-refundable.
You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge.
Late rescheduling (less than 48 hours' notice) will be charged at 50%.

Astrology readings are offered with the understanding that you have free will and remain responsible for your own choices and actions. Just Imagine Therapy / Cycles of Transformation cannot be held liable for any decisions made based on a reading.

7. Online Products (Meditations, Digital Downloads, etc.)

Client Responsibility

You must be over 18 years old to purchase.
Clients must ensure they have the necessary technology to access online products.

Refunds

All sales are final for digital products.
Disputes regarding dissatisfaction with content are not eligible for refunds.

Products are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
All materials are copyrighted. Written permission is required for any reuse.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, and materials—is the intellectual property of Just Imagine Therapy / Cycles of Transformation unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.
