ABOUT ME

Ania Yardley
I help women navigate their
Saturn Return—so you can stop performing and start living.
You built the life you were supposed to build. The career, the relationship, the responsible choices.

And now it's falling apart—or worse, it looks fine but feels hollow.
You're exhausted. Anxious. Wondering who you even are underneath all the performing.

If you're between 27-32 and everything feels like it's unravelling, you're probably in your Saturn Return.
I can help. I've been where you are.

In my late 20s, I felt lost—drifting through life, repeating patterns I didn't understand, disconnected from any sense of purpose. I didn't have a guide or a map. I had to figure it out myself.

That journey led me to therapy, astrology, and somatic work. Not as separate tools, but as a way of understanding the whole picture—mind, body, and the deeper cycles we all move through.
Now I help other women navigate the same passage. Not by telling you what to do—but by helping you hear your own voice again.
How I Work
I'm a therapist and astrologer.

I combine integrative therapy (including parts work, nervous system regulation, and embodiment) with astrology to help you:
-
Understand what's actually happening during your Saturn Return
-
See the patterns that have been running your life
-
Reconnect with what YOU want—not what you think you should want
-
Build a foundation that's actually yours

I don't do fortune-telling. I don't do quick fixes. I help you do the real work—with support, clarity, and depth.

I also support women through later transitions—including midlife and the second Saturn Return.
"There are areas of my life where I felt I had to be different, but Ania has helped me accept and like the person I am. After the session, I finally understand myself better—who I was born to be."
